Art-Gallery- Exhibition

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date] between [Artist's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Artist," and [Gallery's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Gallery."

1. Exhibition Duration:

b. In case of damage or loss, the Gallery shall make reasonable efforts to facilitate repairs or compensation in consultation with the Artist.

4. Advertisement and Promotion:

a. The Gallery shall be responsible for promoting the exhibition through various channels, including social media, print media, and online platforms.

b. The Gallery shall prominently feature the Artist's name, biography, and details about the artworks in all promotional materials.

c. The Artist shall provide the Gallery with high-resolution images of their artworks for promotional purposes.

5. Exhibition Opening Reception:

The Gallery and the Artist shall collaborate on organizing an opening reception for the exhibition. The details of the reception, including date, time, and logistics, shall be mutually agreed upon.

6. Intellectual Property:

a. The Artist retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to their artworks.

b. The Gallery shall not reproduce, distribute, or use images of the artworks for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Artist.

7. Commission Payment:

The Gallery shall provide the Artist with a detailed sales report and remit the agreed-upon commission within [Number of Days] days of the exhibition's conclusion.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with [Number of Days] days' written notice. In case of termination, the Gallery shall return any unsold artworks to the Artist within [Number of Days] days.
