Principal Scientist and Associate Professor
Dr. Ankush Biradar working as a principal scientist at CSIR-Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute Bhavnagar, India. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Pune/National Chemical Laboratory Pune, India, and also worked as a post-doctoral fellow at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, USA with Prof. T. Asefa. His expertise covers both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis, with a focus on nanocatalysts, carbon-based materials, and mixed metal oxides for developing environmentally friendly catalytic processes for biomass utilization and CO2 conversion into valuable chemicals and fuels. His multidisciplinary approach and commitment to sustainability have earned him recognition in the scientific community, inspiring future researchers in their pursuit of a greener future.Â
