Welcome to WISELab!
We are a semiconductor device research group in IIT Guwahati, India primarily focusing on emerging semiconductors with bandgap more than conventional silicon. We work on both electronics and optoelectronics applications of devices. Scope of our investigation includes analytical modelling, simulation and fabrication of these solid state devices devices for energy efficient technologies as well as products.
We have an position (Project Associate) open to work on an exciting project on Deep UV Photodetector. Interested candidates with a M.Sc. in physics, and material science MTech degree in Microelectronics/VLSI/Nanoscience and technology are requested to contact me.
