Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology (EC) · Master's of Social Work (AU) · Art Therapy (EC) · Somatic Psychotherapy Trainee (AU)
With over a decade of experience, I support deep processes of personal transformation through a human, integrative, and conscious approach. I’ve worked with individuals navigating complex trauma, grief, disability, existential crises, and spiritual or life transitions.
My approach to working is grounded in deep listening, somatic sensitivity, and full respect for each person’s unique rhythm. I don’t aim to “fix” or lead—I create a safe and compassionate space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, their truth, and move toward a more authentic and peaceful life.
Through ANKRA, I now offer a therapeutic online space that integrates body, mind, and soul—for those who seek to go beyond symptoms and meet what is truly asking to be seen, integrated, and released.
