1. About ANKRA

ANKRA is an international online mentoring and personal development platform based in Victoria, Australia. Founded by Natalia Ruilova, ANKRA supports individuals on their path toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and inner alignment through:

• One-on-one mentoring sessions
  
  

• Guided self-inquiry
  
  

• A growing library of materials, workshops, and resources
  
  

ANKRA provides a safe, supportive space for emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth grounded in practical, embodied approaches. Our services are exclusively online and available worldwide.

Important: ANKRA does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical treatment. Our services are educational, reflective, and supportive, tailored to your personal development journey.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that YOU:

• Are aged 18 to 67 years
  
  

• Have full mental, legal, psychological, and emotional capacity to consent and participate
  
  

• Are responsible for your own decisions related to using ANKRA’s services
  
  

If you have any doubts about your suitability or capacity, please consult a qualified health professional before engaging with our services.

3. Services Provided

ANKRA offers:

• Individual mentoring sessions (1:1)
  
  

• Access to educational materials and workshops (current and future offerings)
  
  

Services are delivered online only, primarily in English and Spanish.

4. Booking and Payment

• Sessions are booked via TidyCal, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  
  

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
  
  

• You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact and payment information.
  
  

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
  
  

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost, except in cases of extreme personal emergencies, subject to review.
  
  

• Refunds are only provided at the sole discretion of ANKRA in exceptional circumstances.
  
  

6. Confidentiality and Duty of Care

• Personal information disclosed during sessions is confidential and stored securely.
  
  

• Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or ethical obligations, including but not limited to:
  
  

  • Serious risk of harm to you or others (duty of care)
    
    

  • Legal subpoenas or court orders
    
    

  • Supervision or professional consultation (with identifying details removed or anonymised)
    
    

  • With your explicit written or verbal consent
    
    

Your privacy and confidentiality are priorities. If you have any concerns, please raise them with us.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by ANKRA — including materials, resources, workshops, website content, and branding — is owned or licensed by ANKRA.
  
  

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• ANKRA provides coaching and mentoring services to support your personal growth; however, results cannot be guaranteed.
  
  

• You agree that ANKRA and its staff are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use the services.
  
  

• You accept full responsibility for how you apply the information and guidance received.
  
  

9. Changes to These Terms
