Service Agreement

Effective Date: July 25, 2025

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between ANKRA, an online coaching and mentorship service based in Victoria, Australia ("We", "Us", or "Our"), and the undersigned client ("You", "Client"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which ANKRA provides services to You.

1. Purpose of Services

ANKRA provides online coaching and personal development mentoring designed to support your emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth. These services are educational and reflective and do not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, or therapeutic treatment.

2. Client Eligibility and Responsibilities

• Services are intended for individuals aged 18 to 67 years with full mental, legal, and psychological capacity to consent.
  
  

• Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your engagement, honesty, and commitment to the process.
  
  

• You may refuse to answer any questions or disclose any information you are uncomfortable sharing.
  
  

• If you have concerns about your capacity or wellbeing, consult a qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.
  
  

3. Information Collection, Privacy & Confidentiality

• We collect personal information necessary to provide services, including information shared during sessions and intake forms.
  
  

• All personal and sensitive information is stored securely in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
  
  

• Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel.
  
  

• Your confidentiality is a priority; however, we are legally required to disclose information in the following cases:
  
  

  • Risk of harm to yourself, others, or vulnerable persons (including children)
    
    

  • Legal subpoenas or court orders
    
    

  • Professional supervision or consultation (with all identifying details anonymized when possible)
    
    

  • With your explicit consent
    
    

  • Auditing by authorized entities
    
    

  • If you are assessed as incapable of informed consent and a legal guardian consents on your behalf
    
    

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Payment for sessions is processed via Stripe at the time of booking.
  
  

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
  
  

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost, except in cases of extreme personal emergencies, subject to review.
  
  

• Refunds will be issued only under these emergency circumstances at the discretion of ANKRA.
  
  

5. Anticipated Risks and Emotional Discomfort

• The coaching and mentoring process may involve discussing sensitive or difficult topics that can cause emotional discomfort, such as sadness, anxiety, or frustration.
  
  

• You agree to engage with these challenges responsibly and are encouraged to communicate any severe distress promptly.
  
  

• If at any time you feel unable to continue or have serious concerns, you are encouraged to consult a qualified professional.
  
  

• Your dignity, well-being, and safety are paramount at all times.
  
  

6. Frequency and Duration of Services

• The length and frequency of sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs and mutual availability.
  
  

• You may continue or pause services at your discretion.
  
  

7. Client Rights and Complaints

• You have the right to access, update, and correct your personal information.
  
  

• Feedback and complaints are welcome and can be directed to ankra.contact@gmail.com.
  
  

• Concerns will be addressed respectfully and promptly.
  
  

8. Limitations of Liability

• ANKRA does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the services provided.
  
  

• You acknowledge that your use of services is at your own risk.
  
  

• ANKRA disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation or decisions made based on mentoring or service use.
  
  

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
  
  

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  
  

10. Agreement and Consent

By signing or providing verbal consent, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement.
  
  

• You consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described.
  
  

• You understand the voluntary nature of the services and associated risks.
  
  

• You are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Verbal Consent

I, [Client’s Full Name], have been provided with a clear explanation of the ANKRA Service Agreement, including the purpose of the coaching and mentorship services, privacy and confidentiality policies, cancellation and refund terms, anticipated risks, and my rights as a client. I understand that these services are voluntary, educational in nature, and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

I have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received satisfactory answers. I voluntarily consent to participate in ANKRA’s services and agree to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
