Inversion ankle sprains, commonly referred to as rollover sprains, are the most prevalent injury in all sports. The EXO-L Ankle Sprain Prevention Brace, called the seatbelt for the ankles, has been proven to prevent rollover ankle sprains from happening while otherwise allowing a full range of motion. Athletes love them because they fit perfectly, thanks to the 3-D scan and 3-D printing with Nylon PA12, and are worn completely outside of the shoe. Save ankles from sprains once and for all with the EXO-L Ankle Sprain Prevention Brace. Here's a short video that answer all of your "how does it go on and how do I take it off" questions.
You're not seeing double... though these legs and feet do belong to a couple of twins. You can see that they're both wearing EXO-L braces during a field hockey competition.
An ultra-high-resolution camera is attached to an iPad and a special application is run to certify proper calibration.
After proper calibration is confirmed, a scanning app is opened on the iPad and the patient's information is added.
A 3-D image that records all of the unique contours and proportions of the patient's ankle(s) is captured by the TechMed 3D app and the .STL file it generates is sent to a commercial 3-D printer.
Each EXO-L brace is custom printed to fit your ankle(s) perfectly. The brace(s) can be personalized with up to 10 characters.
