My Contributions & Actions:
Co-designed and coordinated the overall program structure, outreach strategy, and execution plan.
Established partnerships with over 7 engineering colleges, engaging faculty and student clubs.

Managed the selection process for over 250 applicants and oversaw the cohort's onboarding and learning journey.
Collaborated closely with partner organizations (WMF, CIS-A2K) to align goals and resources.
Outcome: Successfully launched the first cohort, established multiple institutional partnerships beyond initial targets, and created a structured pathway for students to enter the Wikimedia open-source ecosystem.
