Theory of Living Systems (TLS) Group

Welcome

The TLS group at DBEB, IITD is one of its newest groups. We aspire to be an interdisciplinary group that focuses on developing theoretical understanding of living systems. For this, we develop and use mathematical formalisms suitable for the system of interest. Our current system of interest are microbes and microbial communities. We are interested in the principles of their growth and robustness.

In the long run, we would also want to translate this theoretical knowledge to applications in drug discovery and industrial processes.
