Hi, I'm Anita V.Rose—a mental health advocate, healthcare professional, Registered Nurse student, and Miss Heart Of Canada 2026 contestant. I believe confidence begins from within, and my mission is to inspire others to embrace self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
Through healthcare, community service, and my platform, Confidence Beyond the Crown, I strive to create meaningful conversations around mental wellness while empowering others to discover their authentic selves.

My journey has been shaped by resilience, compassion, and a commitment to serving others. As a Registered Nurse student, mental health advocate, and community leader, I've learned that true confidence is built through perseverance, empathy, and continuous growth.
Competing in Miss Heart Of Canada 2026 is another chapter in that journey. It has given me the opportunity to amplify conversations around mental wellness, self-awareness, and purpose while inspiring others to believe in themselves.
Every experience—from healthcare to volunteer work to the pageant stage—has reinforced one belief: when we invest in ourselves, we become better equipped to uplift others.
