Self-Study

Below are some notes I took on General Relativity in mid/late 2022 to early 2023. The overall content of these notes is not everything I learned about General Relativity. The textbooks I used (and the respective sections) are:
A First Course in General Relativity Chapter 4- Bernard Schutz
Spacetime and Geometry Chapters 2, 3, 4 - Sean Caroll
Please note I wrote the documents below when I was first learning LaTeX. I have refrained from updating the formatting in the documents for the sake of authenticity.
In the summer after high school, I studied topics such as:
Ramanujan summation, proof of the Basel problem, and proof of the Euler identity
Can be found here
Parity, combinatorics, the pigeonhole principle, and graph theory from Mathematical Circles, a Russian Experience - Fomin, Genkin, Itenberg
Can be found here
Gaussian integrals, Pi/Gamma functions, and proofs for calculus staples such as the power rule
Can be found here
I have omitted them from this page since they are not directly relevant to my research interests and are not from my undergraduate years. However, I have still decided to keep them on this website, since my experience learning about these concepts was pivotal in my decision to pursue research. My work on these topics can be accessed through the links above or by clicking on the drop down near 'Self-Study' in the top-right menu.
