Welcome to AniPet | Nature Bird (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App, which is developed and operated by Kello Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

• You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You agree not to misuse, modify, copy, or reverse-engineer the App or its components.

2. Animal Detection Feature

• The App allows you to scan and detect animals using your device’s camera.

• Images are processed locally on your device solely for the purpose of providing animal information.

• We do not store or transmit your photos.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, images, logos, design, and software) are owned by Kello Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Kello Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of data, loss of profits, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• You use the App at your own risk.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in an unlawful or harmful manner.

• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
