1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PERSEUS LABS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application Animeworld (the “App”).
The App helps you discover anime-related information and open trailer links in external services (for example, your browser or the YouTube app). The App is supported by advertising, including through Appodeal and its partner networks.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not require you to create an account. If you email us, we will process the information you send (such as your email address and the content of your message) to respond to you.

When you use the App, we and our partners (including Appodeal and third-party advertising networks) may automatically collect or receive information such as:
Device and technical data: device type, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, IP address, and identifiers used for advertising and analytics where permitted (such as the Google Advertising ID on Android).
Usage data: interactions with the App (for example, which screens or features are used, and approximate timing) to operate the App, improve stability, measure performance, and deliver ads.
Approximate location: derived from IP address or similar signals, which may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and reporting.
3.3 Data stored on your device
Certain information (such as favourites or similar preferences) may be stored locally on your device. This data typically does not leave your device unless we clearly introduce a feature that uploads it in a future version of the App.

5. Advertising and Appodeal
The App uses Appodeal to mediate and display advertisements. Appodeal works with multiple third-party advertising partners (ad networks and related providers). Those partners may collect and use data as described in their own privacy notices.

Personalised, using identifiers and related data to show more relevant ads where allowed, or
Non-personalised, where supported by your device, our implementation, and partner requirements.
Your choices on Android: you can manage ad personalisation and reset your advertising ID in your device settings (the exact path may vary by device and Android version). These settings may not remove all ads.
We do not “sell” your personal information for money. Some jurisdictions use broader definitions of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising; if you have questions about your rights in your region, contact us using the email above.
6. Third-party services and links
Metadata sources: the App may use third-party APIs or services to retrieve anime-related metadata (titles, descriptions, images). Those providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies.
External links: when you open a trailer or other link, you may leave the App for a third-party app or website (for example, YouTube or a browser). We do not control those services; their practices are governed by their own policies.

We are based in the United Kingdom. Our service providers (including Appodeal and ad partners) may process data in the UK, the EEA, the United States, and other countries.
