COMMUNICATION! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ask questions! SPEAK UP! Show you care about what your learning and that you TRULY want to be in the business! People may not remember your art but they WILL remember how you made them feel when presenting it! - Izzy
Try to get paid or at least a down payment from your client BEFORE you start working on their commission. Unfortunately not everyone is completely honest. Also, if they refuse to do either, which is highly suspicious, tell them to get lost! - Morgan
