These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Animal Tracks Identifier ID (“we”, “our”, or “us”), developed by Juyana Islam, and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Animal Tracks Identifier ID mobile application and any related products or services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Purpose of the App & Disclaimer

Animal Tracks Identifier ID is designed for informational, educational, and recreational purposes only.

The app uses AI-based image recognition to help users identify animal tracks based on images provided by the user. Identification results are estimates and may not always be accurate.

Animal Tracks Identifier ID is not a scientific, wildlife safety, or professional tracking tool. The Service does not replace expert wildlife analysis or professional guidance. You should not rely on the app’s results for safety-critical decisions involving wildlife, hunting, conservation, or personal safety.

We disclaim all liability for actions taken based on AI-generated identification results.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or
  
  

• You have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the app.
  
  

The app is not intended for children under the age of 4.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service or its content:

(a) For any unlawful purpose
(b) To solicit others to engage in illegal activities
(c) To violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations
(d) To infringe upon intellectual property rights
(e) To harass, abuse, harm, or discriminate against others
(f) To submit false, misleading, or malicious content
(g) To upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
(h) To collect or misuse personal data of others without consent
(i) To scrape, spam, overload, or interfere with app systems
(j) For obscene, harmful, or unethical purposes
(k) To bypass, disable, or tamper with app security features

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

4. Subscription Fees, Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Animal Tracks Identifier ID may offer optional Premium Services, such as enhanced identification features or unlimited scans.

Payment & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  
  

• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period
  
  

Cancellation

• Active subscription periods cannot be canceled mid-term
  
  

• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account Settings
  
  

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Updated prices will be displayed on the App Store prior to purchase or renewal.

Refund Policy

Because the Service is delivered immediately and cannot be revoked remotely, all purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality within Animal Tracks Identifier ID—including text, images, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, and app design—are owned by Juyana Islam or licensed third parties.

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content within the app infringes your copyright, please provide the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
  
  

• Your full name, address, and email
  
  

• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
  
  

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  
  

• Your physical or electronic signature
  
  

We will promptly review and take appropriate action on valid copyright claims.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process data. By using the app, you agree to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animal Tracks Identifier ID, its developer, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect identification results
  
  

• Wildlife-related decisions
  
  

• Data loss
  
  

• Personal injury or property damage
  
  

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of USD $1 or the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh. You waive any right to a jury trial. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. Changes & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting within the app, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

If your account is terminated for policy violations, you may not re-register.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using Animal Tracks Identifier ID, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
