By downloading, installing, or using Anima hunting call (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Codeverse Team (“we”, “us”, “our”) may change these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The App provides digital hunting / animal call sounds and related content for informational and recreational use on supported devices. Features may change over time (updates, improvements, or removal of content).
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all regions or on all devices.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including hunting, wildlife, noise, land-use, and firearm laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use the App and any sounds it plays.
You agree not to:
Use the App in a way that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or dangerous to people, animals, or property
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract assets or code except as allowed by law
Circumvent security, licensing, or distribution restrictions
Use the App to mislead others or impersonate any person or entity
We may suspend or stop providing the App where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.
The App is a tool only. It does not constitute professional hunting, safety, or legal advice. Hunting involves risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for obtaining any required licenses, permits, and landowner permission.
Codeverse Team is not liable for injuries, property damage, legal violations, or outcomes related to your use of the App or reliance on any content in the App.
The App, including its design, branding, software, and content (including audio and graphics where applicable), is owned by Codeverse Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, according to these Terms and the rules of the store where you obtained the App (e.g. Google Play).
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit the App or its content except as expressly allowed.
If you obtain the App through Google Play (or another store), your use is also subject to that store’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services (including device manufacturers, carriers, or platforms).
We may release updates (bug fixes, features, or content changes). Some features may depend on your device, OS version, or network. You are encouraged to keep the App updated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeverse Team and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) zero if the App was free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codeverse Team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the App or restrict access where reasonably necessary (for example, legal, security, or abuse reasons).
Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive termination.
