If you ever come across a lost pet on the street or anywhere away from home, you should call any animal shelter incase one of their animals is missing. But if you can't reach them then look for any missing posters. If you still can't find any posters, then you might want to call an adoption agency and check in the animal so they can take it in. If you do find any posters, call the number on the poster and return their animal or check the animal's collar for a name tag. If they have a name tag, their bound to have their owner's phone number!
