You retain control over all images, videos, and content you upload, enhance, or generate using ANIM AI. We do not sell, trade, or claim ownership of your content.
Your images and videos are not used to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

Activities Performed by Default When You Use the App
The following activities are performed whenever you use our App. If you choose not to provide your personal data, you may not be able to use certain features of the App.

Uploaded images and videos for enhancement are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
Face data used for enhancement is deleted immediately after the operation completes.
Images and videos for AI generation are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
AI-generated outputs are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
Other personal data is retained for up to 3 years from your last interaction or subscription expiry.
b) Customer Support
We use your personal data to send you administrative updates and to respond to your support requests and other communications.
Categories of data used: Name, email address, and content of your communication.

7. AI-Generated Content & Data Usage
ANIM AI uses AI models to power features including image enhancement, text-to-image generation, image-to-video conversion, and AI filters. The following applies to AI-related data processing:
Input content (your uploaded images and text prompts) and Output content (AI-generated results) are yours. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
Your inputs and outputs may be temporarily processed and stored on our servers to deliver the requested feature, as described in Section 1.
We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
AI-generated content may reflect patterns in training data and does not constitute factual, professional, legal, or medical advice.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
