Twelve Moons in Seoul – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Twelve Moons in Seoul ("the app"), distributed on Google Play under the package name com.linshuo.twelvemoons, and developed and published by TidalAurum, LLC (contact: nathanlinshuo@gmail.com). It explains what data the app uses and why.
Who the app is for
The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Data stored on your device
Your progress (episodes read, story choices, relationship scores, endings and scenes unlocked, tickets, diamonds, purchases), the name you choose for your character, and your settings (language, sound, vibration, text speed, auto-play) are saved only on your device. The app has no accounts and we do not run our own servers, so we never receive or keep copies of this data. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it.
Advertising
The app shows rewarded video ads (which you choose to watch for a reward) and, for players who have not made a purchase, occasional full-screen ads between episodes, through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device information, and information about ad interactions to show, personalize and measure ads. In regions where consent is required, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before any ads are requested, and you can change your choice at any time in Menu > Privacy Settings. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only a purchase confirmation from Google Play, never your name, email address or payment details. Google's privacy policy applies to purchases: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules them on your device only to let you know when your next free ticket is ready, at most once a day. No notification data is sent to us or to any server. You can turn notifications off at any time in Android settings.
Ratings
The app may ask Google Play to show its in-app rating sheet. Google decides whether it appears, and any rating or review you leave is handled by Google Play.
Analytics
The app does not use any analytics, tracking or crash-reporting service.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. The only third parties that receive data from the app are Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Play (purchases and ratings), as described above.
Your choices
All game data is kept only on your device. You can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings. Because we do not keep any copies, there is no data on our side to request or delete. For questions about this policy, contact nathanlinshuo@gmail.com.
