Form quality scores (for applicable exercises like planks)

Camera Access: Required for pose detection and exercise counting
Notifications: Optional permission to send exercise reminders during your configured work hours
Analyze your movements to count exercise repetitions accurately
Track your fitness progress and personal records
Calculate statistics (daily, weekly, monthly, and all-time)
Provide real-time visual feedback during workouts
