Our group at IISER-Mohali studies problems at the interface of soft matter physics, active matter, and biophysics. We use physics-based modeling and a broad suite of computational methods - including molecular dynamics, Brownian and Langevin dynamics, multiparticle collision dynamics, dissipative particle dynamics, and Monte Carlo simulations. These tools allow us to simulate biological, soft, and active matter systems at coarse-grained resolution, giving access to large length and time scales.
