ANIKPATI ROY was born in a middle class family in the year of 1997. From the very childhood he was addicted music. Accordingly he was admitted to a music school to earn knowledge about music.
In the year 2011, when he was in class eight, was awarded with the "Visharad" degree in Indian classical music by the Bhatkhande Sangeet Patishad. He also has the quality to play the Tabla as well as Harmonium, Melodica, Synthesizer, Harmonica etc. various kind of musical instrument.
He is famously known as a stage anchor. He has gathered experience by anchoring not only within his state, but also outside of his native.
Now he is studying Integrated Masters' Degree (IMD) in English at Tripura University. Here in the University, he was awarded as the fourth best orator at 13th NATIONAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT COMP. 2017, org, by Dept. of parliamentary affairs Govt. of India.
In the year 2017, for the first time he has participated in a national Seminar, which was sponsored by Dept. of DONOR, Govt. of India, and organized by Dept. of English, Tripura University. He, along with his Co-Author Mr. Agnibesh Chakrabarti, wrote a paper Titled - "Abridged vs. Unabridged : A War Never Won in the Teaching and Learning of English Texts in the Classroom". They Presented the paper at the seminar and it was highly praised by the delegates and all other learned people present over there.
