Economist with experience in both universities and the World Bank (Washington DC), I have proven expertise in economics and management covering environmental economics, competitiveness, business environment, competition and trade, sector policies (agriculture, technology adoption),  and firm-level surveys. I also have strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as excellent writing and speaking skills.

Research interests:  Environmental economics, General equilibrium (Introduction of pollution, and assessment of emission permit markets as well as taxation policies in strategic market games.), Externalities and Public Economics, Game theory, Transport economics, Theory of market failure, and development economics.
