The Sculpture is about Jesus Christ, and it shows when he ascended from earth to heaven. It is located at St. Joseph Quezon at the entrance of Eternal Garden Memorial Park.
The sculpture is a representation of nine muses found in UP Diliman’s Hardin ng mga Diwata (Garden of Muses). These include film, music, architecture, dance, photography, theater, sculpture, and painting.
This piece is made of bronze. It’s directly about a mother holding on to her baby while still latching on to the umbilical cord. Unlike his other pieces, Childbirth uses straight, delicate, and wavy lines.
