This is important for us to solve on an individual level as we focus on taking care of our health and well being through cycle syncing. However, this is also important for us to solve so that hormonal health is more reckognized as a worldwide necessity, so that women feel more aligned and safe in their reproductive health. While there is very little coverage or data, the medical industry pushes birth control and a wide variety of medications onto us before we are given the proper education, care and nutrition to treat ourselves. The countless medications we are being fed is a bandaid for the pesticides in our food, the lack of sex education, and the unjust cycles of living that we have grown accustomed to. If we begin to treat these issues on an individual level, we treat these issues as a community. Learning how to take care of our bodies is a way to act against our debilitating, wealth driven culture. To instead create a health driven culture!
