Angry Birds: Superpowers is a fighting game where one player tries to destroy the other's hero. It was created by KT448 games and Rovio. It tries to include as many birds as possible since it's a card game and needs variety. The art style is like that of Angry Birds Toons.

You have birds and powers in your hand which are all on cards. During a match, you can play either one of them if you have the right amount of coins. Each card has a cost. On turn 1, you each have 1 coin, but by destroying players on the opposite team, you can gain more to use next turn. Each bird has a certain amount of health, and moves. You can level up birds by using them more and they can get more moves. The moves cost energy which is produced at the start of the turn or when a bird/pig has an energy ability or drops energy when destroyed.

Pigs can build structures to protect them just like in the game, and birds have slingshots to enhance their abilities. You can play multiplayer (Pigs vs. Birds) in different maps as well as a story mode.

Hekto Porko needed his revenge. The angry birds had gotten away with the eggs again. He discussed his plans with King Pig, and his plan was set into action. He abducted the flock and put them in a flying saucer and dunked them through a portal in outer space to get beat up by pigs in other dimensions. This didn't fly by the birds. During the flight in space, they got hold of the eggs and when they dived through the portals, they brought the eggs with them. The pigs chased after them. Hekto Porko dived into the portal as well. The birds had already traveled far, and the pigs were far behind them. So, they recruited the pigs from the other dimensions to work with them and get to the eggs.The last birds and pigs went through the portal while it was closing, and turned into heroes.

But at the end, the flock travels through to others dimensions, meeting new birds and getting them to protect the eggs as they travel to harder dimensions. After you finish one dimension, there's a portal to the next one.

At the start of the game, you get 25 energy. You can use energy to activate a move in a bird or pig, and lose as much energy as that move uses. You get energy from destroying pigs/birds. Depending on the power of the pig/bird how much energy you get from it. Each turn you get 1 money. You can use money to play the bird/pig. Any money not used last turn does not get carried over into the next turn. But the energy does.

The currency used is snoutlings and gems. You can use snoutlings to buy stuff such as power-ups etc. Another thing they can be used for is if you have no cards, you can pay 100 snoutlings for another card. You start with 5 cards, and can only get more cards by birds/pigs/power-ups that have a "draw a card" ability. Gems are used in purchasing more useful stuff like birds, pigs, slingshots, materials, etc.

Each bird/pig's move might do more damage than they are supposed to. This is called strength. Most birds/pigs have strength 1, so each move does their dedicated amount of damage. But some powers can strengthen/de-strengthen players.

You open packs to get new birds/pigs as well. You can get power-ups from packs too. They each have a rarity, and that's the chance you'll get one. They can be opened with 2500 snoutlings or when you complete certain levels in story mode.

Each bird/pig has circles around them. These are called vicinities. Moves that affect other birds/pigs usually include the vicinity. Moves that will heal/damage other birds/pigs. If two birds or two pigs have overlapping vicinities, you can fuse them into a fusion form that has moves from both birds (if you have unlocked the fusion machine)

The flock is divided up into 5 classes: Anger, Peace, Teamwork, Physics, and Intelligence. Each class is limited only to attacks of that class. The heroes each have two classes, in which birds/pigs of that class are allowed to be played. Aside from that, they can't be played.

Weakness: The bubbles don't have strong lifting power with stone, and it can be difficult to calculate where the bubbles will land. Also, it is difficult to drop TNT, as Stella often hits it and detonates it with her corpse.

Weakness: She is maybe powerful against wood and glass, but she and Blu are not great against stone and can only break one block of stone. Also, if you fling them high and you want to damage a lower structure, she will fly straight when you tap the screen and misses the lower structure.

Strength: Ice Bird turns all blocks to ice. He can also detonate TNT and pop bubbles by freezing. He's very useful if the Blues are the next birds after him (because Ice Bird is more of a support-oriented bird rather than damage oriented, and because the blocks are turned to ice and the Blues are strong against this material). He turns into an ice asteroid when his ability is used underwater.

Once you get access to the full range of birds, you'll probably be a bit bored of the standard red bird -- after all he doesn't have any powers! But don't underestimate his strength. This bird is stronger than he looks, and while he's not very useful for actually destroying obstacles, he can give them a good nudge. We recommend aiming Red at the base of the structure for maximum demolition.

The Blue bird's scattershot projectiles devastate glass (for some reason) but will bounce ineffectually off most other materials. For maximum effect you'll want to explode this bird a little before impact -- you don't want the three projectiles landing too far from each other, but at the same time if they cluster close to each other, you may as well be firing just one bird. Get the happy medium right however, and the three birds will bounce around in close proximity, wreaking extra environmental havok.

Introduced in world nine, there's not a whole lot to say about this bird -- he's massive, he's angry and he's powerful. Unleash him on enemy fortifications and he'll smack 'em upside the head like nobody's business. There are no real tactics to employ here, only pure unbridled devastation. The smartest and quite possibly the kindest inhabitant of the Piggy Kingdom, Professor Pig is the Angry Birds saving grace in the ongoing fight for the eggs. Despite his snout and trotters, this pig helps Red and the rest of the flock on their mission, providing potions and power-ups in exchange for a little coin.
