architectural review board

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Architectural Control Committee is made up of three members from the community appointed by the Board of Directors. The primary function of the Architectural Control Committee is to review submissions for exterior changes to properties in the community to ensure compliance with the provisions set forth in the Covenants and Restrictions.

The purpose of these provisions and the review process is to protect the value of all real property subject to the Covenants and Restrictions, and to promote the interests, welfare, and rights of all property owners in the community. Some examples of changes that need approval by the Committee include, but are not limited to: Sheds or Outbuildings, Pools, Fences, Exterior Painting, Tree Removal, Additions, Roof Replacements, Driveway Replacements, Walkways, Patios, etc. The Covenants and Restrictions outline the Committee's authority and the requirements for most improvements to be completed.

As this work directly affects your property values and neighbors, it is a critical role in any community. Volunteers are needed for this and other committees. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you want more information or would like to volunteer to serve.

The Architectural review request form is available on the Documents page or Owners Portals.
