A lifelong learner, Nick holds both an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Change Management and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global, where he honed his expertise in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development. He is also SHRM-CP, SPHR, and CAC certified, demonstrating his deep understanding of HR competencies and leadership at both strategic and operational levels. 

His career journey - with a start in sales before transitioning to HR including roles in nonprofit leadership to government administration - has been fueled by a commitment to workplace culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Beyond the office, Nick is an active board member, lending his expertise to education and community initiatives. Whether he's shaping HR strategies or keeping up-to-date with the ever-changing employment laws, Nick is dedicated to making workplaces more efficient and equitable.
