This PowerPoint presentation was created for a brief internal training session held in Fall 2024 to help orient a newly appointed director to the licensing processes I supported, specifically in non-IMLC states. The 25-slide deck served as a visual guide to walk through key tasks, timelines, and tools used in day-to-day operations.
The content is based on publicly available licensing procedures, thoughtfully consolidated and organized to give leadership a clearer understanding of our workflow. Only minimal proprietary information was removed.
