This video is my capstone project for the final course in my Master of Healthcare Administration program at Capella University. It offers a comprehensive overview of medical coding, billing compliance, KPIs, and recommendations for process improvement - specifically in the mental health field. I earned a Distinguished grade on this project, and it reflects both academic insight and real-world application.

If I were to expand on this project today, I would include additional research on state-specific telehealth and mental health regulations, payer variance reporting, and payer-specific guidelines beyond ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems. These areas continue to evolve and play a critical role in shaping reimbursement and compliance in behavioral health settings.
