CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Our group has three main investors which are:
The Company Founder holds 70%.
The Employees Fund: An investment account created by our company on behalf of all our employees pays them dividends from the profit of the company project which employs them. They hold 10%.
The Limited Partners Account: Our partners' account, created by our company on behalf of our investors whether venture capital firms, personal accounts or banks. They hold 20%.
