Video editing has been a longstanding hobby of mine, and I derive immense enjoyment from creating basic edits for both my friends and myself. Despite it not being a major focus of my diploma, I find video editing to be an incredibly fascinating field. While I may not possess extensive experience in this domain, I am eager to immerse myself in the industry in order to gain valuable expertise and pursue a career in this field. I was required to produce a short 2 minutes video tour of Republic Polytechnic for Secondary School students. I had to edit the video and add in sound effects, music and voice over. I had used Adobe Audition to edit my audio and Adobe Premiere Pro to edit my video.

I was required to produce a step-by-step instructional and interview video. I had to edit the video and audio and synchronizing it together and add in music. I had used Adobe Audition to edit my audio and Adobe Premiere Pro to edit my video.
I was required to create a 3-minute video describing a typical day as a location sound crew. I had to film the video using Lego, record dialogue, and Foley and add in SFX that synced with the video. I used Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the video and Protools to edit the audio. I used different types of effects, such as pitch shifter, reverb and EQ.
