1.Financial Policy-
Accepted Payments & Discounts
Discounts for Seniors 55 and up, students,veterans, SSI or Social Security recipients, police, fire and medical professionals in the amount of 10%. Payments accepted are cash, debit, credit cards such as visa, american express,mastercard, discover,jcb,union pay,prepaid cards, and typically any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing those names,PayPal,Venmo, Apple Pay, and HSA.Prices for the service being offered are posted online when booking the appointment and you can choose if you want to book 30,60,90 or 120 minutes. Payments will be made at the end of your session with the method you choose.
Payments arrangements
Monthly and weekly payments arrangements can be made through a square contract for Reiki Classes only. A deposit of 20% of the total amount will be required.
2.Referral Policies- If a client has a symptom or condition beyond my scope of practice I will refer them to a licensed or certified professional. If at any time a client requests something beyond my scope I will refer them to a certified or licensed professional. At any time you may ask for a copy of my referrals as I have a listed and printed form for you made available at request.

If a client has a symptom or condition beyond the scope of my practice I will refer them to an appropriate licensed and or certified professional.
#1. If looking for a medical professional or family doctor I will refer them to Dr. Brett Brechner at Winfield Family Medicine at 9150 E 109th Ave #2A, Crown Point, In. 46307 and Phone number (219) 213-2947 or their regular family/medical doctor.
#2. If looking for a female medical doctor I will refer them to Dr. Daneila Sikoski at 1231 Cumberland Crossing Dr, Valparaiso, In 46383 and Phone number (219) 548-3843

#4. If there is an issue that involves Reiki that I cannot address or if in need of a , Quantum Healer or Neuro Lingual Programming I will refer them to my teacher and instructor Mimi Mukovic at the Rise Integrative Spa at 610 Ridge Road Munster In 46321 Phone number (219)595-7473
#5. A Holistic Medical Professional I will refer them to Srbislav Brasovan, MD who specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has a Diploma in Ayurveda and a Member of the American Holistic Medical Association. 3.Clients Responsibility
Cancellation Policy & Fees:At least 24 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule a session.If a person fails to cancel within 24 hours, they will be asked to pre-pay for future service and they will pay for the missed service in full.
Late arrival Policy:When arriving late there will not be an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. The original fee will be charged.
No show policy:Clients who fail to show for appointments will be charged full service fee and will be asked to pre-pay for future services and be charged in full for their missed service. In the event that a No show happens two times, clients will be dismissed and will need to find services elsewhere.
First appointment arrival-For the first appointment please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows for time to answer or ask any questions that you may have. Early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable on your first appointment your session may need to be shortened in order to stay on schedule. The original service and time will still need to be charged.
3.Confidentiality and Conversation
What happens here stays here and this is a safe space.You may not discuss anything about another client without their consent or unless you are required by law.
4.Abuse Reporting Policy-
If at any time it is suspected that a client or coworker,elderly person,child or anyone is being emotionally, mentally, physically, psychologically abused or abusing another person it is required by law to report that abuse to the proper local authorities. We will immediately call local county or state authorities in the event that we suspect anyone is in immediate danger.
We have an ethical and professional obligation to protect animals. If it is suspected any animal is being abused it will be reported to the local authorities immediately.
5.Special Policies-
During Raindrop Technique,VItalflex,and Emotional Release I am required to use Young Living Oils during these services. I cannot make any exceptions for these services under any circumstance.
6.Respect for Clients needs & Boundaries
The client may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any methods, or stop and end the session at any time.
The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being worked on at the time will be undraped.
The client will be kept informed of the area working on and anytime a client has a question they can ask at any time.
Sexual interaction or discussion or inappropriate conduct of any kind between the client and worker is NEVER appropriate and session will terminate immediatly and service paid in full.
Procedures
1.Client Record- I may give you a checklist and you are able to share with me at any time about any conditions that you may have. This information is not used to treat or diagnose any disease, it is to help keep you safe during your appointment. The information that you share with me is confidential and you may request a copy of your file or records at any time.
2.Record keeping-This record will be kept for 7 years from your last appointment. I will dispose of these documents by shredding if on paper form or deleting in its entirety if it's in electronic form. If a client is deceased the file will be shredded after 7 years of the last session unless their cause of death is under investigation.
3.Premature-Death-In the event that I die it will be instructed in my will for the records to be shredded and deleted or destroyed one year after my death unless there are any suspicious files that are under investigation which at that time will be turned over to local authorities.

1.Raindrop Technique-this will help with structural and electrical alignment of the body balance,stress,pain, and built up emotions.
2.Intuitive Reiki-this will help with anxiety,stress, and sleep along with visualizing in the body where pain,stress and emotions may lay and situations from the past or present,and releasing blocks.
3.Emotional Release-Helps client with releasing built up and stored emotions in the physical and spiritual body.
4.Vitaflex-helps send electric signals to the nerve pathways to provide pain and stress relief
5.Sound Healing-helps with balance, stress and sleep along with frequency enhancement
6.Itovi Scan-helps the client find which oils and supplements are most compatible with their body.
7.Healing Meditation/Experience-helps the client be able to feel divine love and at peace,improves health and well being,helps find any experience in your timeline from conception to present that needs healing,gives the stress or pain an identity so it can be released.
8.Massage Therapy-helps the client to be able to relax tense and tight muscles assisting with pain,stress and sleep.
