Hi! I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at George Washington University, specializing in international trade and policy analysis.
My research examines how trade policies—particularly the 2018–2019 U.S.–China trade-war tariffs—affect consumer prices and employment, with a focus on uncovering the mechanisms behind incomplete tariff pass-through and the regional impact of protectionist policies. My work aims to inform evidence-based trade policy design by identifying how supply chains, consumer behavior, and market concentration shape the transmission of tariffs through the economy.
Currently on the 2025-26 academic job market, I seek opportunities that combine empirical rigor with policy relevance, bridging research and practical solutions to global trade challenges.
