My current research interests span graph theory, optimization, and social wellness. My doctoral work centered around combinatorial optimization; in particular, the study of circuits. During my postdoc at the University of Calgary, I have been working on two research projects. One project is exploring and implementing various optimization formulations for the inverse planning problem in radiation therapy. The other is looking to combine machine learning methods with classic filtering techniques used to estimate the state of a system. In doing this, we hope to connect the work to the sensor scheduling problem for moving sensors.
