I'm an Associate Professor in Economics at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia. I'm currently director of graduate programs at the department of Economics, as well as director of the project Género y Economía, which researches labor market and public policies that can promote gender equality.
My research focuses on political economy, behavioral and gender economics. I received my PhD in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University in 2015. I have a BA in Political Science and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes, Bogotá.
