I am a PhD student at the Institute of Economics and Social Research (IRES) of Université catholique de Louvain, working under the supervision of Joseph Flavian Gomes. My research interests are Development Economics, Political Economy, and Identity Economics. My PhD thesis focuses on political economy, religious identity, and their impact on economic outcomes in India. I primarily use empirical methods to analyze large household datasets and study identity choices. I have been awarded the Fundamental Research in Social and Human Sciences (FRESH) doctoral grant by the Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique (FNRS) to conduct my PhD research.
