I am a third-year PhD student at the LIDAM, Université catholique de Louvain, working under the supervision of Prof. Joseph Flavian Gomes. I am currently a visiting PhD student with Prof. Sriya Iyer and a member of the SCORE III team at the Faculty of Economics, University of Cambridge. My research interests are Development Economics, Political Economy, Gender Economics, Economics of Religion and Identity Economics. My PhD thesis focuses on political economy, religious identity, gender and their impact on economic outcomes in India. I primarily use empirical methods to analyze large household datasets and study these choices. I have been awarded the Fundamental Research in Social and Human Sciences (FRESH) doctoral grant by the Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique (FNRS) to conduct my PhD research.
