Registration

Preliminaries 

Gather the following registration details before completing the form. 

1. Name, phone number and country

2. Institution, its address and current designation

3. NMA or any professional number

4. Confirmation of registration category

5. Official Photograph 

6. Photo of identity card

7. Proof of payment (photo)

8. All photo upload must be less than 1 mb and in image format (Resizer)

9. International Delegates will receive registration confirmation within 24 hours

STEP 1

1. Check the payment category and payment amount

STEP 2

1. Scan the QR code with mobile money applications like bank QR scanner, E-sewa, Khalti

2. For international delegates, please use Bank Transfer Details

3. Make the payment and write your name and CP in the remark (Example: Dr Bibek Shrestha - CP)

4. Take a photo,  screen shot or download JPEG image the payment (Proof of payment)

STEP 3

1. Fill up the registration form which requires filling up details, uploading photo and proof of payment
