B. Device Permissions & Local Features

Photos & Media Access: Allows you to import images from your device gallery to build custom tier lists. All selected images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.
Camera Access (Optional): If enabled, allows you to capture photos directly to create tier list items.
Network / Internet Access: Required to load and display advertisements via Google AdMob and enable tier list sharing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

App Functionality: To create, edit, and save your tier lists locally on your device.
Advertising & Monetization: To display personalized or non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.

4. Data Storage & Privacy

Local Device Storage: All created tier lists, item names, tier rankings, and custom images remain stored locally on your device using local database storage (sqflite / Shared Preferences).
Data Transfer: We do not host external servers that store your personal tier list content or identity.

5. Children's Privacy

Tierly: Tier List Maker does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary action.
