Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("End User") and [Developer's Name], the developer of the Licensed Application ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Licensed Application.

License Grant

Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on your device that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend the Licensed Application.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application, except as permitted by applicable law.

Use the Licensed Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law, regulation, or rule.

Use the Licensed Application to transmit any harmful, infringing, or objectionable content.

Intellectual Property

The Licensed Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that Developer owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Application, including all intellectual property rights.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Developer does not warrant that the Licensed Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Licensed Application. The total liability of Developer under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Licensed Application.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Licensed Application and destroying all copies of it. Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], excluding its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer regarding the Licensed Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
