I am an Assistant Professor in the Management and Strategy area at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) Business School. 

My research is about network narration. I am interested in how firms or individuals narrate their network ties and how the narration affects outcomes such as attention. I have some interesting projects in Gaming (League of Legends) YouTubers and Biopharma firms' strategic alliances. I have other projects on Academic scientists and US fire departments.

I received my Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Toronto. I earned my B.A. in Mathematics and Economics (honors) from Northwestern University. I worked as a strategy consultant and a growth hacker prior to my academic career.
