These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications developed by Andy Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our apps.
These Terms apply to all Andy Apps products, including:

OnStage Timer Pro
Not Another Twin Calculator
Not Another Stage Timer
Duse – Habit Tracker
Any future apps released under the Andy Apps brand
You may use our apps for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the apps
Attempt to access source code
Bypass security features
Copy or distribute the apps without authorization
Use the apps for unlawful purposes
Some apps allow you to enter or store information on your device (e.g., habits, timer data, speaker notes).
You are responsible for:
The accuracy of any data you enter
Maintaining backups of your local data
Deciding whether to export or share any data
We do not access, store, or transmit your content unless you choose to export it.
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payments are handled solely by Apple using your Apple ID.
We do not collect or store billing information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.
You may tap Restore Purchases inside the app to restore your subscription entitlement on any of your devices.
All transactions are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
That the apps will be error-free
That timing features will be suitable for legal or safety-critical use
That the apps will be compatible with all devices or future iOS versions
You use the apps at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andy Apps is not liable for:
Any loss of data
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Errors in timing, reports, or calculations
Device issues or software conflicts
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the apps is to discontinue use.
All branding, icons, features, design elements, and content within the apps are the property of Andy Apps.
You may not copy, reuse, or distribute app assets without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the apps if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the apps at any time by deleting them from your device.
We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
