ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION is added in application to identify that user either located in EEA or not as per General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR). GDPR is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens for transactions that occur within EU member states.
