Effective Date: August 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Andrii Krasnopolskyi (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile applications.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the application and enabled features, we may collect limited information necessary to operate, secure, and improve our services, including:
Device type, operating system, app version, language, and technical information;
App usage and gameplay interaction data;
Session duration and general product interaction data;
Crash, diagnostic, and performance information;
Purchase and subscription status;
App Store transaction and receipt information;
Random or pseudonymous identifiers used for analytics, purchase verification, fraud prevention, and restoring access.
We do not require users to create an account. We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, contact lists, precise location, payment card details, photographs, voice recordings, or other content directly identifying a child.
The identifiers used by our apps are not advertising identifiers and are not used for targeted advertising.
2. Shared Purchase Identifier
To recognize an active Andrii Kids+ subscription across our applications, our apps may generate a random identifier and store it securely in the iOS Keychain.
This identifier:
May be shared between Andrii Kids applications published by the same developer;
Allows purchased or subscribed access to be recognized in another Andrii Kids application;
May be used to restore access after reinstalling an application;
Is provided to RevenueCat together with purchase and subscription information;
Is not based on the user’s name, email address, Apple ID, advertising identifier, or payment information.
The identifier may remain in the iOS Keychain after an application is deleted. This allows previously purchased access to be restored. It may also remain available to another Andrii Kids application installed on the same device.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and maintain application functionality;
Verify in-app purchases and subscriptions;
Make Andrii Kids+ access available across our applications;
Restore purchased access;
Prevent purchase fraud and unauthorized access;
Improve application performance, stability, and usability;
Diagnose crashes and technical problems;
Understand general, pseudonymous usage patterns;
Respond to customer support inquiries;
Comply with legal and App Store requirements.
We do not use collected information for targeted advertising or to track users across applications or websites owned by other companies.
4. Third-Party Services
Our applications may use the following service providers:
Apple App Store
Apple processes payments, subscriptions, refunds, and App Store transactions. We do not receive or store payment card information.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat processes purchase receipts, subscription status, transaction information, technical information, and pseudonymous App User IDs on our behalf.
We use RevenueCat to verify purchases, prevent fraud, restore access, and recognize Andrii Kids+ subscriptions across our applications.
Firebase
Some applications may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect pseudonymous app usage, app-instance, crash, diagnostic, device, and performance information.
Firebase information is used to maintain application functionality, understand general usage, and fix technical problems.
These service providers process information according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some applications offer in-app purchases or automatically renewing subscriptions.
All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment card information.
RevenueCat receives transaction and receipt information from the application and Apple to verify purchase status and provide the corresponding entitlement.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user’s Apple App Store account.
6. Applications Designed for Children
Some of our applications are designed for young children.
In those applications:
We do not include third-party advertising;
We do not use behavioral or targeted advertising;
We do not provide public social features;
We do not require account registration;
We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, photographs, voice recordings, or other directly identifying information from children;
External links and purchasing features are protected by a parental gate where appropriate.
Limited persistent or pseudonymous identifiers may be processed solely to support internal operations, including purchase verification, subscription access, security, analytics, crash reporting, and application performance.
These identifiers are not used to contact children, build advertising profiles, or deliver targeted advertising.
We design our data practices to comply with applicable children’s privacy laws, including COPPA where relevant.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We share limited information only with service providers necessary to operate our applications, including Apple, RevenueCat, and Google Firebase.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, investigate fraud, or enforce our legal rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide application functionality;
Verify and restore purchases;
Maintain security and prevent fraud;
Analyze performance and resolve technical issues;
Comply with legal, accounting, and App Store requirements.
The shared purchase identifier may remain in the iOS Keychain after an application is deleted.
Apple may retain transaction records according to its own legal and business requirements. RevenueCat and Firebase retain information according to their respective retention policies and our service configurations.
9. Data Rights and Deletion Requests
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you.
Because our applications do not require accounts, we may need a RevenueCat App User ID or other technical identifier to locate relevant information.
Deleting information may prevent the application from automatically recognizing purchases or subscriptions across our applications. Apple transaction records may remain subject to Apple’s independent legal and retention requirements.
To submit a privacy or deletion request, contact us using the details below.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. International Data Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence, including the United States.
Where required, information is processed using appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our applications, service providers, or legal obligations change.
Any changes will be published with an updated effective date.
