- Member of the Genetics, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Colloquium Committee at UC San Diego (2019 – now).
- Member of the Organizing Committee of the first BiATA (Bioinformatics: From Algorithms To Applications) conference in St Petersburg. Also gave a talk there. BiATA is the first bioinformatics conference with algorithmic emphasize in Russia (2017).
- Gave several talks at the Journal Club seminar at the Center for Algorithmic Biotechnology concentrated on computational immunology papers (2015 – 2017).
- Gave a talk at one of the pioneering meetups of St Petersburg R user group — the first conference in Russia devoted to R programming language (Sep, 2015).
