Like most folks, I have both a job and a life outside my job. Which means that some things I do are work-related, and others are not. Squarely in the latter category is my use of social media like Twitter and LinkedIn. I’d like to emphasize two points in that regard.

First, my social media accounts are strictly personal; they are not affiliated with any past or present employers or clients. The views I express through social media are not necessarily shared by, and should not be attributed to, anyone but me.

Second, I use social media only for general information, education, and fun — never for providing legal advice. I am not your lawyer, you are not my client, and none of our interactions on social media create an attorney-client relationship between us.
