Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in the Tarot Empowerment Coaching Workshop training, talks, and/or seminars conducted/organized by Andrew Tham Tarot and/or Andrew Tham NLP Training and/or their related companies or organizations.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, all events, seminars, and/or training conducted/organized by Andrew Tham Tarot and/or Andrew Tham NLP Training and/or their related companies or organizations will hereafter be referred to as the "Training."

By registering for the Training at any of our locations, you, "The Attendee," signify your acceptance of and agreement to the following terms and conditions.

If you have any objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should reconsider registering for or attending the Training.

(a) The investment amount covers only entrance to the training and does not include accommodation or travel expenses. One lunch and one coffee break will be provided daily during the workshop.

(b) The Organizer reserves the right to change the date and venue, but with due notification to registered participants.

(c) To be entitled to any special discounts (early bird rate, referral rate, etc.) on the training fees, a minimum deposit of RM500 is required to secure a seat in the training. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant or another training.

(d) Full payment must be received within TWO WEEKS after the submission of Registration Forms or TWO WEEKS prior to the first day of Certification, whichever is nearer. Confirmation of the seat is valid only upon receipt and clearance of payment, and participants will be notified by the Organizer accordingly.

(e) The intensive nature of the Tarot Empowerment Coaching Workshop requires the participant's full undivided attention and attendance at all sessions because this is a certification training. Participants should be free of their professional obligations for the duration of the program.

(f) "Times are approximate only." The trainers are committed to the highest standard of presentation and insist that all materials are covered. Therefore, the schedule may vary slightly.

(g) The full 2 Days of the Tarot Empowerment Coaching Workshop Certification training must be completed within 1 year from the day of registration.

The information contained in or made available by Andrew Tham Tarot and/or Andrew Tham NLP Training and/or their related companies or organizations at the Training or via their websites, notes, or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any specified field, including but not limited to mental, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. We do not offer such professional, personal, medical, financial, or legal advice, and none of the information contained in the Training should be confused as offering such advice.

The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results and do not apply to the average attendee/purchaser. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages caused to the Attendee or the Attendee's business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Training or from the use of, or inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the Training or any products or services provided pursuant to the Training, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Confidentiality and Non-Competition:

The Attendee hereby understands and agrees that the tools, processes, strategies, materials, and information presented in the Training are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Andrew Tham Tarot and/or Andrew Tham NLP Training and/or their related companies or organizations. The Attendee agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train from the Seminar materials in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by the Attendee and/or their representatives is strictly prohibited, and we shall not hesitate to pursue legal action for damages if this term is violated by the Attendee.

Audio/Visual Rules and Release:

Attendees may not, under any circumstances, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Training. No recording devices, photography, or video recording are allowed in the Training room, except with our prior written permission.

Review and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
