"Are you more of an early bird or night owl? I'm more of a tired afternoon duck"
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, working with Professor Leandro Vendramin and his research group.
At the moment, my main interests lie in Hopf-Galois Theory, skew braces and their generalisations, and how these two areas relate to each other via group theory and other tools with an algebraic flavour.
I started a postdoctoral position at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in February 2025.
I obtained my PhD in 2024 from the University of Exeter, under the supervision of Professor Nigel Byott.
I completed the MMath programme at the University of Warwick from 2015-2019.
I have two new preprints on arXiv:
- HGSs of degree related to Cunningham chains.
- Algorithms for HGSs and skew bracoids.
My latest article, Hopf-Galois structures on parallel extensions, has been accepted in the Journal of Algebra! You can find it here.
I recently completed my PhD - here is my thesis.
I organised the first edition of Introduction to Modern Advances in Algebra, University of Exeter. 21st-23rd February 2024. Co-organised with Isabel Martin-Lyons and Lawk Mineh.
