By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Blackjack Trainer is an educational tool designed to help users learn and practice blackjack basic strategy and related concepts.
The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide gambling advice, guarantee gambling outcomes, or encourage gambling.
You must comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction when using the App.
If you are under the age required to enter into legal agreements in your country, you may only use the App with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and are governed by Apple's payment terms.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions automatically renew.
Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Pricing may vary by region and is displayed within the App before purchase.
If the App offers a lifetime purchase, it grants access to eligible premium features for the lifetime of the App as offered by the developer.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime availability of the App and its services, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Users who previously purchased Premium before the subscription model may continue receiving premium access if designated as grandfathered by the developer.
Some features of the App are available without purchasing a subscription.
Available features may change over time as the App evolves.
The App may display advertisements to users of the free version.
Premium subscribers may receive an ad-free experience, if offered.
The presence, frequency, and type of advertisements may change without notice.
The App may use analytics services, including Google Analytics for Firebase or similar services, to understand how the App is used, improve functionality, diagnose crashes, and enhance the user experience.

You agree not to:
reverse engineer or modify the App;
attempt to interfere with the operation of the App;
use the App in violation of any applicable laws;
exploit bugs or vulnerabilities intentionally.
The App, including its software, graphics, logos, design, text, and other content, is owned by Andrew L'Italien and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
I strive to keep the App available and functioning but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The App may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your particular expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew L'Italien shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
In no event shall liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the preceding twelve months.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the App or its users.
I may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
