About Me

Growing up in the West I was blessed with opportunity so spend much of my time in the mountains and on public land. I spend ultiple weekends each year on backpacking trips exploring incredible places and searching out cool geology. I find being outdoors and exploring new and old places brings great wonder and appreciation for the planet we live on. Conducting research and seeking to explain the way our planet is comes from my own personal wonder cultivated during these expeditions into nature.
